Subscription management occurs in the Account. To access the content, you must log in using the login with which you paid for the subscription. If you are not logged in, the system does not recognize you and prompts you to immediately buy something. If you are not logged in, you won’t even see the Account menu.
- Login.

- When you are logged into your account, click the Subscribe link.
- Find your subscription that you want to manage. On the right you will see 3 dots, click on them and a menu will drop down.
How can I cancel my subscription?
- Login.
- Go to the “Account” menu.
- When you are logged into your account, click the Subscribe link.
- Find your subscription that you want to manage. On the right you will see 3 dots, click on them and a menu will drop down.
- Click the Cancel menu item.
The subscription will be canceled and you will receive the Cancellation Pending status. Access to the content will remain until the next payment date. If you do not reactivate your subscription before the next payment date, it will automatically change to Canceled status, and you will lose access from that moment on.
You can take a pause at any time, payments are not deducted, all access and mailings are paused. When you want to renew your subscription, you turn it back on.

IMPORTANT!
If the system pauses, then all access is immediately terminated until the pause turns it back on.
How to resume a subscription if it is on hold (pause)?
- Login.
- Go to the “Account” menu.
- When you are logged into your account, click the Subscribe link.
- Find your subscription that you want to unpause. On the right you will see 3 dots, click on them and a menu will drop down.
- Click the Resume menu item.
IMPORTANT!
If payment is overdue, you must first pay for the subscription and then resume the subscription. How to pay before renewal – see below.
How to pay for a subscription if it is put on Hold (Pause) as a result of a payment delay?
- Login.
- Go to the “Account” menu.
- When you are logged into your account, click the Subscribe link.
- Find your subscription that you want to unpause after payment delay. On the right you will see 3 dots, click on them and a menu will drop down.
- Click the Pay menu item.
How to upgrade and change subscription level? Increase or decrease?
- Login.
- Go to the “Account” menu.
- When you are logged into your account, click the Subscribe link.
- Find your subscription that you want to unpause after payment delay. On the right you will see 3 dots, click on them and a menu will drop down.
- Click the Change Plan menu item.
- A window will appear with your current subscription and those that you can switch to as part of this project.
